Building Bridges

Definition: The Alamo Area Home Care Council Building Bridges Program is a cooperative effort to provide resources and support to our community through affiliations with local and regional organizations.

Mission: To partner with area resources through mutual support, promotion and education for the benefit of the communities we serve.

Actions:

To cultivate solid relationships with our partners
To share knowledge of each others’ missions and services
To participate in mutually beneficial community projects

Amigo

The AAHCC Amigo is our annual beneficiary for fundraising.

Designated January 1st – December 31st.

Our Winter Gala Fundraiser is specifically held to raise money for our Amigo.
